LiquidHALLMARK is a comprehensive, Medicare-covered amplicon-based NGS assay for sensitive biomarker detection.
LiquidHALLMARK profiles ctDNA mutations in 80 genes, fusions in 10 genes, and somatic variants. As an add-on option, LiquidHALLMARK analyzes 10 ctRNA targets for actionable and emerging fusions. LiquidHALLMARK targets genes that are commonly associated with 15 cancers, including lung, breast and colon cancer.
At 0.1% limit of detection (LOD) for single nucleotide variants (SNVs) and insertion–deletion mutations (indels), LiquidHALLMARK identifies more actionable mutations allowing physicians to make informed decisions to guide care across the whole patient journey – from diagnosis and initial therapy selection, monitoring of therapy response, to the detection of emergent mutations that drive disease burden over time.

LIQUIK
LIQUIK is a prospective, observational study in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). It compares different liquid biopsy technologies with conventional tissue-based profiling to establish liquid biopsy as a comparable method of genomic testing for NSCLC.
It is suitable for patients who:

Are newly diagnosed, histologically confirmed, metastatic non-squamous NSCLC;

Have received or are willing to receive tissue genotyping;
